This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and Theme Weaver. Purchase, installation or use of any WordPress theme provided on ThemeWeaver.net signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
License
All Theme Weaver themes are licensed under the GPL license. This means that you may use them for both personal and commercial projects and for as many websites as you like. You may also modify the themes in any way you see fit. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme from this site.
Updates
Theme Weaver themes are updated on a regular basis to maintain compatibility with the latest stable version of WordPress. It is your responsibility to keep your installation of WordPress up-to-date.
Delivery
Once your payment has fully cleared, you will receive an email with a link where you can download your theme(s). Generally, this email is sent immediately but can take up to one hour in some cases. If you haven’t received the email after an hour, please contact us at purchases@themeweaver.net and we will resend the link.
Refund Policy
Since Theme Weaver is offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods, we do not offer refunds for any theme purchase. Please be sure to explore the information provided and theme demonstrations to ensure that the theme you choose is right for you prior to purchase.
Support
We provide support via email to those who have purchased a Theme Weaver theme from this site. Support is offered for technical issues and simple modifications (limited to 5 lines of code or less). If you require more customization than this, please contact us so we may discuss your plans and provide you with a quote for the customizations.
Additionally, support is not offered for compatibility issues with third party plugins or general WordPress questions. For general WordPress support we recommend wordpress.org/support.
Browser Compatibility
Theme Weaver themes are tested and optimized for the most common web browsers. If you have a browser specific question, browser compatibility should be tested against the theme demonstrations provided by Theme Weaver. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we cannot guarantee that Theme Weaver themes will work with all browser combinations.
Requirements
Using Theme Weaver themes on WordPress.com is not possible. Theme Weaver themes are for self-hosted WordPress installations. You will need a hosting account along with a domain with WordPress already installed.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress for the version(s) specified by each theme. However, once a theme has been modified, customized, or extended with third party plugins, we are unable to guarantee the functioning of the theme or provide support for such changes. We do our best to ensure our themes are compatible with the most popular plugins, so please notify us if you experience an issue. We cannot guarantee a solution, but will do the best we can.
Miscellaneous
You agree to indemnify and hold Theme Weaver harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the themes or this website.
Theme Weaver reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Theme Weaver shall not be liable to you or any third party should it exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any portion of its products or services.
